Company seeks an experienced attorney with a strong corporate transactions/mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), commercial law and litigation background to be the legal point-person responsible for the strategic and tactical delivery of central-resource legal services to the company’s business and functional teams. Central-resource legal services include support in the areas of M&A, regulatory (e.g., antitrust, anti-bribery, trade compliance, environmental/health/safety), litigation management and contracting.
