This role leads and directs attorneys, paralegals and support staff engaged in defense work and has ongoing case and relationship management accountability for litigation and other legal related work. Oversees caseloads of other attorneys while independently managing a caseload specifically handling healthcare professional liability matters, including nursing home defense matters. Dependent upon experience, may be able to assist with tort and workers' compensation matters in addition to other professional services lines including accounting and/or employment liability matters.
