Functions in a mid-level attorney capacity providing transactional and general legal services to project/business managers for multiple projects and business lines within company, primarily in the U.S. Drafts, reviews, revises and negotiates a variety of moderately complex contracts and other legal deliverables for projects located primarily in the Americas. Occasional travel, including international travel, required as necessary to support project activities. Recognizes, defines and resolves problems within assigned area.
