The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for all facets of the Company’s legal affairs including: The preparation and negotiation of all agreements necessary for the Company’s execution of sales with 3rd party customers. Assisting the supply-chain management team with procurement concerns and the execution of all agreements necessary for the Company’s execution of purchases with 3rd party suppliers. Supporting both existing business areas and development of new business areas and technologies/innovations in both the industrial and consumer/retail marketplace.
