The Business Support Counsel will provide legal support to company’s business units on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, all in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This position will negotiate and draft transaction agreements for all of the company’s business units, including procurement and strategic sourcing, information services and technology, supply chain, transportation, merchandise and marketing, and will assist the general counsel in providing governance- and finance-related legal advice to executive management and the board of directors. Manage (or co-manage) one or more support personnel in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
