We need someone knocking out those contracts from the front lines, and wrangling the big firm armadas into shape when we require their specialties. We also need that lookout who can steer us just clear of the next big iceberg while we fearlessly plunge ahead with the wind in our sails. Assist in transactional legal matters including agreements with vendors, data providers, certain resellers and larger clients. Likewise, draft, review and comment on such documents.
