Company is seeking a Legal Counsel with experience in software licensing, software as a service, managed services (eg. hosting), intellectual property law, data security and privacy, and general corporate and commercial law. This position will report into the General Counsel. General drafting and contract review including software license agreements, software as a service agreements, professional services agreements, partnership agreements. Support the Sales group as required to conclude agreements with clients. Support Procurement in dealings with vendors. Support the Strategic Alliances team in concluding agreements with partners.
