As Legal Counsel/Legal Manager in the Business Services Practice Group, you'll review, draft and negotiate a wide-range of agreements and documents relating to commercial transactions involving business in Japan. You'll advice and counseling business managers and teammates on a wide-range of legal issues associated with commercial and regulatory matters and the structuring and implementation of business transactions.
