The General Counsel department is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Litigation and Investigations Group. The COO will have responsibility for both internal and external reporting of litigation and investigations matters as well as the litigation and investigations reserve process. Additionally, the COO will work with the Global Head of Litigation and Investigations to assist in managing the Corporate function, including assisting with the budget, promotion and compensation processes.
