The ideal Corporate Counsel is motivated, results-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service every day. We are looking for a skilled individual to focus primarily on general business matters. Advise and assist business units within the company on a broad range of legal issues in support of their business initiatives, including regulatory research affecting product distribution or those laws related to the retail industry; handling of intellectual property issues including management of company’s patent program; review, negotiation and drafting of policies/contracts; and management of compliance programs. Some familiarity with advising on marketing legal issues also preferred.
