To support the Vice President and General Counsel in managing the legal affairs of the business globally, including responsibility for one or more areas of legal specialization as assigned by the General Counsel. To supervise outside legal counsel in connection with major projects, transactions and litigation. To provide legal advice, counsel, and representation in order to protect the company’s interests and operations under the law. To assist in the management and execution of Corporate Secretary duties, to ensure that Corporate Governance and Compliance processes are carried out, and to execute those additional tasks as directed by the Vice President and General Counsel.
