We are on the quest for an Assistant General Counsel in our Legal Department. In this role, you will support the Director of the Legal Department in providing legal counsel and guidance to the organization and be responsible for major legal functions of the hospital. We need someone who will be able to interact with state and federal agencies as appropriate, support functions involved in revenue cycle or claims management and provide counsel, as appropriate, regarding contractual agreements entered into by company’s components. The incumbent will also be responsible for working with and serve as company’s liaison to outside counsel, as appropriate, participating in meetings and serving on committees appropriate.
