Responsible for oversight and provision of legal services to the governing boards and staff of the Association and its subsidiary and affiliated corporations In coordination with the Senior Vice President, Advocacy and Public Policy, this position is responsible for public policy development and representation of Texas hospitals before legislative and regulatory bodies. This position also serves as corporate legal counsel and compliance officer for the Association and its subsidiary corporations and affiliated corporations. At least ten years legal experience in corporate and health care law and a license to practice law in the State of Texas, experience with legislative and regulatory process preferred.
