The person will primarily focus on drafting and negotiation of client and vendor agreements and other commercial contracts (including master service agreements, statements of work, etc.) relating to custom market research, data and information licensing and professional service agreements, as well as providing general legal support and counsel for the CINA business. Review, markup/draft (from forms and from scratch), negotiate and close commercial contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, licenses, RFP responses and supporting documents. Support other legal team members and coordinate with other groups (Finance, Security, IT) in complex commercial contracting matters.
