An attorney with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, registered to practice before the U.S. PTO, and licensed to practice in at least one state. Technologically savvy with an undergraduate degree, preferably in biochemistry, chemistry, biology, or physics and have fluency in molecular biology. An advanced degree in physical or life sciences is a plus and we will consider other technical backgrounds where candidate has demonstrated competencies in the biotech or medical device arts. Equipped with 7-10 years law firm and/or corporate legal department experience in drafting and prosecuting biotech or device patent applications.
