Responsible for providing broad-practice legal advice and services and managing on-going general legal issues. Draft, review, edit and negotiate complex commercial contracts (e.g., for licenses, joint ventures, manufacturing, quality, pharmacovigilence, managed care, consulting, clinical, product development, distribution, supply and other commercial, operational and governmental transactions). Assist in strategic transaction diligence, negotiation and implementation. Handle various special legal projects to support all departments.
