As Corporate Counsel, you will help the company achieve its business objectives by creatively resolving patent disputes and further developing its IP strategy. Review patent assertions by third parties and manage pre-litigation disputes. Work with outside counsel to defend against infringement claims. Evaluate cases and make recommendations to management regarding whether or not to pursue settlement or litigation in light of business objectives. Structure, draft and negotiate settlement and license agreements.
