Reporting to the Senior Vice President overseeing distribution legal, this role will manage a broad range of commercial transactions with third parties in order to expand company’s reach. More specifically, this person will structure, draft and negotiate agreements with cable/satellite operators, website distributors, educational distributors and other vertical partners/customers to distribute and integrate our entertainment and educational products and platforms. We are seeking an attorney to join the team to support company’s Domestic Distribution and Education groups.
