The Associate General Counsel will provide a wide-range of legal services and advice to the Company. Areas of practice will include, but are not limited to, contracts and transactional work, compliance, employment and immigration matters, intellectual property, and other areas as needed. Assist the Company’s General Counsel with a wide array of legal issues and matters, including the planning, organizing and managing of work activities as assigned. Receive and respond to inquiries from Company personnel on legal issues and matters relating to the Company’s activities and operations.
