Provide high quality and timely legal counsel for real estate professionals across several services lines, including brokerage, property management, appraisal, consulting and project and development services in a high paced professional corporate environment. Advises on legal aspects of commission, agency and other compensation agreements, engagement letters, management services and development consulting agreements. Cooperates with outside counsel on various legal matters. Participates in formulation, implementation, interpretation and training of the firm’s and individual department policies.
