Act as the appointed primary legal resource for several of the top Healthcare and State/Local Government ES accounts in the United States. Directly participate in account growth, identifying opportunities to monetize account activities and client demands, assisting Sales leads with proposals ensuring alignment with existing contracts and maximizing benefit from new business. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contractual documents related to re-negotiations, renewals, upsells, amendments, and account wind-down. Proactively identify and evaluate risks and develop effective mitigations and/or justifications so that ES may accept appropriate risks and maintain a competitive market position.
