The position is responsible for performing consultation and advisory, as well as ensuring the legal processes necessary to affect the rights, privileges and obligations of the Corporation (Company) organization, primarily for the Company’s Infrastructure Solutions Platform (ISP). Prepares and reviews various legal instruments and documents, such as contracts, leases, licenses, purchases, sales, etc. the other party to craft provisions that are acceptable to both the other party and the Company. Examines legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits, bond claims or liens.
