Responsible for representing company's interests before the U.S. Congress, and Federal Agencies as well as various stakeholder groups. Responsible for monitoring and shaping legislation within the Federal Agencies and U.S. Congress on issues important to company. Applicant will be required to attend evening events, and infrequent travel/ weekend functions as part of job duties. Requires clear understanding of company Government Affairs department objectives and company’s overall position on issues to independently engage outside stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and maintain a calm and professional demeanor is necessary.
