The Group Counsel-Litigation, Retail Law and Contracts position will provide legal services to the corporation in the areas of litigation, general retail law, and contract negotiations. This position reports to the Division Senior Vice President – General Counsel. Included are a variety of complex litigation, retail law, and contracts issues related to advising the business. Issues include handling the litigation strategy and managing the litigation for a wide spectrum of legal matters including but not limited to multiple plaintiff employment; real estate; product safety; insurance, class action; collections; intellectual property; contract disputes and international matters.
