Provide support to senior transaction and regulatory attorneys and coordinate to meet deadlines through appropriate planning and communication. Independently manage select work and exercise appropriate judgment regarding when to seek assistance from more senior attorney. Draft, negotiate and provide assistance on a wide-range of physician and healthcare contracts and business transactions.
