We are seeking an attorney experienced in Employee Benefits and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) to provide critical legal support to our Human Resources Team. The successful candidate thinks creatively and strategically, enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves to wrestle with complicated issues and has a proven ability to handle multiple complex matters simultaneously. Counsels on the design, administration, compliance and tax qualification of qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation plans (i.e., pension, 401(k) and executive compensation).
