The Associate Counsel will provide support to senior attorneys in the Legal Department on a wide array of legal issues assigned by and under the supervision of these senior attorneys. This position will focus on general corporate matters, and will also have an opportunity to work in support of company’s U.S. corporate and securities law matters. Provides legal advice and support to the Company on a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to public company, U.S. open and closed-end investment companies, investment advisor, and UCITS regulatory compliance, disclosures and filings. Provides timely and high quality legal services and advice to management on a variety of legal issues and maintains a proactive approach in helping to identify and minimize risks to the organization.
