Based in Austin, Texas area and reporting to the Vice President and General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel, as well as executive, operational and administrative management, in providing (i) exceptional legal services tied to the Company's strategy and (ii) assisting the entire management team in defining and executing legal strategies and support plans. Review and drafting (in concert with the Company’s financial team) of the Company’s ’33 Act and ’34 Act securities filings. Compliance with state and federal securities laws and integration of all disclosure requirements. Review of legal aspects of potential acquisition prospects and financing projects and preparation of purchase and funding documents, and related diligence, relating thereto.
