The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of career training in a respected law firm or other in house counsel experience. Desired experience includes business contract review/negotiations, M&A and other similar business transactions, both domestically and internationally, regulatory compliance, and experience managing both internal and external legal teams. Partner with the CEO and other senior members of company management to develop and implement a strategic vision for the business unit. Manage retention of outside counsel for corporate and litigation purposes, and provide oversight of external legal services managed by other company Corporate Counsel.
