The Legal Operations Director will be a member of the Legal Department and will report directly to the General Counsel. This position will work with other members of the Company’s legal team, as well as all of the external law firms and legal service providers that advise the Company on legal matters. Overall, the Legal Operations Director will be responsible for assisting the General Counsel with overseeing the Finance, Operational and Information Technology functions of the Legal Department. This position will require occasional travel both domestic and international, sometimes for a week or more.
