The Associate General Counsel must balance legal and business imperatives in overseeing a broad variety of matters, including, leasing, asset management, arbitration, litigation, acquisitions and dispositions, contract negotiations, and employment issues in connection with a large portfolio of office, industrial, hospitality and senior living assets. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the asset management, property management and accounting groups, and the legal team in connection with these matters. Assist with lease negotiations and lease documentation.
