The attorney’s responsibility will be (i.) drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with both customers and suppliers, including purchase agreements, software agreements, licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements and distribution agreements, (ii.) interacting with other functional division local and worldwide and (iii.) assisting Head of Legal on special projects. This position will report to Head of Legal, with strong and direct interface with senior management of Connected Home, outside counsel, suppliers and customers. Experience in negotiating media industry channel partner agreements and familiarity with channel sales models in the media industry. Experience with negotiating media transactions with Fortune 500 customers and global partners.
