This attorney will be part of the Corporate Transactions Group within the Legal Department, and will primarily advise on matters relating to securities and corporate finance transactions and public company reporting. Primary client business groups will include Treasury, Accounting, SEC Reporting and Corporate Communications. The attorney must have a strong background in U.S. securities law and corporate finance. Ideally, the attorney also will have experience in one or more of the other areas handled by the Corporate Transactions Group, and the ability and desire to develop expertise in areas where the attorney lacks experience.
