We are seeking a Corporate Counsel with 3-9 years of full-time contract drafting experience with a large national or regional law firm or corporation. All candidates must be eager to learn and demonstrate energy and a need for achievement. Candidates should have experience negotiating and drafting a variety of complex technology agreements and negotiating complex commercial deals, including experience as a lead transactional attorney. The ideal candidate would have experience with the development, integration, distribution/placement, and/or operation of ‘apps’ on mobile devices.
