This Attorney will be part of the Business Litigation Group, which handles complex business litigation, including class actions, commercial litigation and arbitrations, intellectual property litigation, government investigations and regulatory matters. This position will report to the Corporate Manager – Assistant General Counsel for Business Litigation. Manage a case load of complex litigation matters, including class actions (product and non-product related), commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, arbitrations and regulatory matters involving company entities in the United States.
