The Vice President & General Counsel/Compliance Officer is responsible for providing legal counsel to all operating departments of the property, liaison with the Pennsylvania Control Board on all Regulatory matters and insures company compliance with all Federal, State and Regulatory compliance requirements. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and the company policies, practices, and procedures. Responsible for providing sound and well thought out legal counsel to Operating departments and management.
