This position will advise and counsel the business on a broad array of corporate law matters, including corporate financing, entity formation, corporate structuring and subsidiary management. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate, this position may also provide support for general corporate law matters. Company seeks an experienced corporate attorney, who may work out of our Beverly Hills or Los Gatos office, to support our growing complex domestic and international business operations.
