The successful candidate will be part of the company's Business & Legal Affairs Team and work with Senior Counsel and the company's production and acquisition team to structure, negotiate and draft agreements necessary to develop, produce and/or acquire the company's high-profile original feature films. Company seeks an attorney for a role with responsibility for development, production and acquisition matters related to company’s burgeoning original film initiative.
