The Associate General Counsel reports directly to the Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. The Associate General Counsel position requires strong expertise in federal government contract compliance but is a true generalist position that provides legal advice and counseling in a variety of other substantive legal areas. Federal government contract compliance with contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements applicable to government contractors, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit procedures.
