Draft, negotiate and interpret various contracts including: real estate leases, licenses, consulting and service agreements, vendor and construction contracts, non-disclosure agreements and software license agreements. Draft and support negotiation of complex transactions involving telecommunications facilities, distributed antenna systems and Wi-Fi networks.
