The Senior Counsel will be responsible for handling various legal issues with a primary focus on Marketing, Privacy, and Intellectual Property matters. This position will oversee and manage global marketing sales promotions and data privacy compliance. He/she will collaborate with the General Counsel to prevent sales of unauthorized/counterfeit company merchandise. Investigate complaints, send cease and desist letters, initiate lawsuits, manage litigation, and negotiate settlements.
