The successful candidate will possess: at least 5 years’ experience handling litigated cases with an emphasis on insurance defense; actual trial experience; strong verbal and written communication skills; and a current license to practice law in Florida. The individual will demonstrate expertise with a variety of legal concepts, practices, and procedures while relying upon his or her experience and judgment to plan and accomplish job responsibilities and goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position will reside in Tampa.
