This position is responsible for legal support for the business operations of the Partnership. Advise personnel concerning legal issues arising in daily business operations, including areas of real estate, acquisitions and divestitures, contracts and compliance. Juris Doctorate Degree required. Member in good standing with applicable State Bar required. Minimum 5 years experience in legal practice in litigation with another major public corporation or a law firm required.
