Research, analyze and provide legal advice and counsel to executives, directors of departments, and other business clients through the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in numerous areas of litigation and adversarial matters, contract and commercial law, and general corporate transactions; develop and recommend company policies and positions on legal issues; assist in the company’s litigation and dispute matters and manage services provide by outside counsel; heavy contract review, drafting and negotiation work.
