Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to: Provide direction for the contract management process. Draft, review and revise contracts of all types. Provide direction for intellectual property management. Prepare and file trademark and copyright registrations. Provide other legal services as necessary and appropriate. Train staff concerning relevant legal issues. Propose and assist in the drafting of policies relating to legal and risk management issues. Serve as backup to General Counsel in his/her absence.
