Directs company’s real estate activity by market to achieve company owned and franchise development objectives for new store openings, relocations and rebuilds by market. Functions as the development team leader for each market and coordinates the activity of a construction manager and A & E consultant assigned to manage each market and group. This position will cover the central market of the US. As a field based position, ideally the incumbent should be located in Dallas, Houston, Austin or San Antonio.
