Drafts, negotiates and reviews all legal documents relating to the company portfolio of shopping centers (i.e. leases, amendments, expansions, renewals, correspondence, contracts, terminations, broker and confidentiality agreements, etc.). Advises on all legal matters based upon research of all issues pertaining to respective shopping centers. Directs and supervises administrative staff on organizing and prioritizing workload on all projects. Coordinates and oversees document review involving real estate leasing documentation. Coordinates and performs research with outside counsel and inter-departmental personnel as needed.
