Company is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the legal function for its global equipment finance and leasing operations through the company. The person will be part of the corporate legal department and will join the existing legal team supporting the company. As a result of expanding business operations within the company this position will focus on providing legal guidance to the company globally supporting its strategic growth and vision, as well as having responsibility for various commercial legal and regulatory aspects of the company financing and leasing activities.
