The Assistant General Counsel will provide support, legal counsel and advice to FMS including drafting and negotiating customer contracts, advising operations group on all types of substantive commercial matters, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Requirements include: Master's degree (JD from an accredited top-tier law school). Must be a member in good standing of a state bar. Seven (7) years or more legal experience with at least four years of law firm experience
