Under the supervision of the General Counsel, serves as legal counsel to company and its affiliates, assisting with the delivery of legal services to all aspects of the organization, and coordinating closely with the corporate compliance, risk management, claims management, safety, security, emergency management and accreditation/licensing functions. Provides administrative oversight to the Institutional Review Board. Assists with the provision of a wide variety of legal services related to Health System operations, programs, facilities and personnel in an appropriate and timely manner.
